Introduction

The mission was to complete an exercise and run the gauntlet, cycling through 4 different sets. 5 pax chose to accept the mission on this humid morning.

The Thang

The general plan was to complete 1 exercise and run the gauntlet. The gauntlet was a 0.3 mile course with 3 random set stations 7yd Bear Crawls.

Phase 1: (40) Chest press, run course

Phase 2: (15) Colt 45, run course

Phase 3: (25) Overhead Press, run course

Phase 4: (25) Dips, run course

Rinse and repeat until Mary, 5:55AM

closed out with LBC’s, Freddy Mercuries, and Flutter Kicks
