Introduction
The original plan was to use the hill but due to all the rain it was not safe for what I had planned. I decided to modify and do a Tabada workout under the pavilion instead. Because I promised we’d get wet though, WoR and intermittent running were held in the elements. Everyone got wet and everyone got stronger.

Circle of Trust
I talked about “being in the moment”. Often times we become consumed with what’s happening in our own little bubble that we don’t recognize and pay attention to things around us that are ultimately much more important. This weekend, my M wanted to tell me about volunteer work she had just returned home from while I was more content to watch the Sox game. She reminded me, in no uncertain terms, that our communication was important, that what she wanted to tell me about was fulfilling, and that the Sox were going to lose anyway (which they did). I eventually put the tv on pause and we went into another room and had a great conversation.
My point was that when we’re in a situation that calls for our undivided attention, especially with loved ones, we should remove the distractions, put ourselves in the proper frame of mind, and be in the moment.
Naked Man Moleskin
We missed Happy Camper who was not feeling well this morning, but we did some boats/canoes in his honor during Mary. It felt appropriate given all the rain we had.
