Introduction
Great day for running. It’s the miracle pill! Did you know by running you will:

Warm-O-Rama
the warm up was…. literally like 2 seconds. We just RAN.
The Thang
Scout run: defined path (around pond towards bridge, over bridge, up running path next to Peppertree, take the path all the way to 127th). Checkpoints along the path (first Y split after pond, bottom of bridge at the Peppertree path, then at 127th).
Everyone starts running … gazelles in front, when they hit the first checkpoint, circle back to the 6. Then keep going forward. Until you hit the next checkpoint. Circle back to six. Continue like that – with gazelles and anyone hitting a checkpoint before the six and circle back. We made it across the street to the fire station and back.
Circle of Trust
Picking daisies, Willy Mays Hays, downward dog, dog, pelican, and LBC’s. Lots of groaning too. Named FNG Mike Manti Teo since he went to ND. Flo brought him out. Tclaps for joining with the EC too!
