The Thang
- School of Billy Madison styled workout.
- Progress through school in partners, Start in 1st grade. After 1st grade complete, short run.
- Start back in 1st grade, go through 2nd. Short run.
- Back to 1st, through 3rd. Etc.
- After 5th, 8th and 12th grades you graduate by doing 10 burpees. You do not go backwards past a graduation.

Circle of Trust
We often talk about getting 1% better every day, because over time that adds up! So just like the beatdown today, when you achieve something then add a little bit more, then a little bit more, then a little bit more, you end up in a much different place than you started. Sometimes you need to go back to the beginning and start again. But when you do, that first step, second step, doesn’t seem quite as big as it did the first time through. Because you got stronger, even though you had to start over – setbacks are opportunities, don’t let them get you down!
