Introduction

An all sandbag workout to push us harder and make us stronger.  Showing we can do a lot more with a sandbag than just carry it around.

Warm-O-Rama

Tappy taps, Tie Fighters, and Motivators.

The Thang

Worked our way to the hill stopping along the way to do sets of deadlifts, cleans, squats, and overhead press in one continuous set of ten each.

Bear crawled up the hill while dragging your sandbag and did 20 shouldering squats at the top.

Back down the hill where we partnered up for a dora of sets of 50 exercises while your partner ruffled out 50 yards to do 5 overhead sandbag toss before switching out.  Exercises were floor to sky, curls, bent over rows, tricep extension, and up and over squats.

Back to the flags for around of LBC and finished with a merkin ring of fire.

Circle of Trust

Just shared my thoughts about not being sucked in to the culture of toxicity that surrounds us.  It’s easy to be a troll or get of on getting a rise out of someone.  Being positive and a positive influencer in your work and personal environments gives of ripples that impact far beyond what you even see.

Deal with toxicity by being nice and defeat them with kindness.  It drives the trolls crazy.

Naked Man Moleskin

I don’t Q very often.  I find myself reluctant to step up in that I feel like I need someone to push me.  That I need to follow someone else’s lead to make myself work harder.  The truth is I’ve pushed myself harder and further the last couple of times I’ve Q’ed than I ever would have following someone else.

We’ve all heard the “If you can’t do it don’t Q it”.  Kind of starting to think that that’s a BS statement.  “Q it you can do it” is sounding like what we should be saying.  It’s easier to push yourself from the front that it is following someone else.

Get out and lead.  That’s really what this all is about.
