Introduction
Simple but not. Get rid of the constraints of time by making the PAX the timer.
Warm-O-Rama
Shuffle feet for the Disclaimer and mission statement. Tie Fighters, motivators from 5, calf stretch, super slow abe vigodas, and michael phelps.
The Thang
PAX completed a series of AMRAP exercises while two PAX team carried the 120lb sandbag out and back. Rolling a die at the back to determine how many Burpies to do. Round 2 switched to a slam ball toss out and back with the die determining how many ball slams. Round three back to the sandbag. Switching exercises as each pair of PAX returned.

Naked Man Moleskin
The only way this workout was easy was if you didn’t push yourself. Watch your form, executing an exercise with good form is better than getting in reps with bad form. Our squats are horrible.
