Introduction
In the pursuit of being neither soft or predictable I gathered 2 tractor tires, a battle rope, a sledge hammer, scribbled furiously on my whiteboard, curated a new playlist, slammed a pre workout and headed to the Grove.
Warm-O-Rama
Daisy pickers, Abe Vigodas, Motivators from 7, Calf stretch, and a jog around the parking lot.
The Thang
In order to ease into the beatdown we took a leisurely bear crawl race across the parking lot pausing to do a merkin at every parking line. We then grabbed our coupons and moseyed to the back of the pool for the main event.
We did an AMRAP where PAX completed exercises as one PAX flipped a tire 12x as the timer. Rotating from the tire flip to battle ropes to hitting the tire with a sledgehammer.
AMRAP rotation was Hanging Overhead Press, Squats, Skull Crushers, Apollo Ono, Chest Press, Hernia, Bent Over Row, and Rocky Balboa.
We made it through this twice then headed back for Mary.
Mary was LBC, Dr. W, Pickle pushers, and a mix of Plank exercises
Circle of Trust
Don’t get so focused on being in the lead that you forget to be a leader. Bring PAX along with you don’t leave them behind.

This was not easy
