Introduction
Shifting the start time to 5:15 so the PAX can get to the southside convergence. Keeping it simple with a 4 station DORA.
Warm-O-Rama
Daisy pickers, Arm Circles, Abe Vigodas, Motivators, and calf stretches.
The Thang
Broke into 4 groups of 2 with each group starting at a different station. One PAX doing exercise while their partner runs up the hill does an overhead sandbag toss and returns.
