Introduction
Full body sandbag based burner.
Warm-O-Rama
Abe Vigodas, arm circles, calf stretches, and motivators.
The Thang
Started with three sets of deadlifts, cleans, squats, and overhead press than moved up the top parking lot.
PAX on their own worked through in sequence a combo of a sandbag exercise followed by a sandbag carry to the end of the parking lot to complete 3 overhead sandbag toss before returning for the next set.
1- Up & Over Squat / Fireman Carry
2- Bent Over Row / Suitcase Carry
3- Good Morning / Al Gore Carry
4- Tricep Extension / Rifle carry
5- Curl / Bear Crawl-Sandbag Drag
6- Shouldering Squat / Sandbag toss Lunge Walk
Once the Pax complete all six would roll a die to see which set to repeat.
Returned to lower lot and completed another 3 sets of deadlifts, cleans, squats, and overhead press. Followed with Pickle pushers and LBC with the sandbag. Wrapping up with leg raises over your sandbag.

I wanted to share my struggles with overcoming “excuses” for not stepping up to lead and being complacent to sit back and be a follower.
Getting over all the “reasons” why I can’t do something and getting the self realization that I will be a better person and push myself even harder when I see these as just excuses and not valid reasons for not leading or pushing myself harder.
