Introduction

Gisele planned this workout and due to an injury I stepped up to lead.  Totally out of my comfort zone leading a workout I didn’t plan and kind of didn’t fully understand

Warm-O-Rama

Abe vigodas, daisy pickers and a new twist Arm circles forward and back then without dropping arms seal claps, overhead claps, and high knee claps.

The Thang

Split into 5 groups.  Four minutes at each station with a one minute rest.  Stations were a tire station, step up station, coupon station, ladder station, and a band station.

Ended with 10 minutes of yoga.

Circle of Trust

Touched on the 2nd F in that it’s more than working out and hanging out together.  We’re one call out away from getting help where needed. Anything from covering a Q, moving some furniture, or working through some tough stuff we are always ther to help a fellow PAX out.

Naked Man Moleskin

Thank you Gisele for putting this Q together.  Definitely some stuff that was new.  Enjoyed the ladder and the band part showed me how weak my hips are.  Always there for you brother.
