Introduction
For some reason I always lose count when doing 11s. And as some tall guy once told me you get better at things by doing them so let’s do some 11s.
Warm-O-Rama
Willie mays hays, Abe Vigodas, daisy pickers, arm circles, motivators, and a mosey down to the lantern where we will be doing our body weight exercises.
The Thang
This was a sandbag or coupon workout so options for each were given. Shouldering Squats or Up and Over Squats combined with Mountain Climbers. Floor to Sky or Blockies combined with Peter Parkers. Didn’t make it past the second set.
Mary consisted of a burpee, LBC, heel taps, one legged pickle pushers, big boys, and finished up with a little stretching.
Circle of Trust
FOMO or the Fear of Missing Out is something we say a lot but this can be a positive or negative thing. A lot of times this manifests in unhealthy ways in chasing material things because we’re afraid of missing an experience or opportunity. Apply FOMO to the things that really matter. Fear missing out supporting a PAX, spending time with family, or supporting your community. Recognize the unhealthy FOMO in pursuing unimportant things.
