Introduction
Two years ago YHC a sad clown showed up at The Wood for a free men’s workout. That started the journey to today.
Warm-O-Rama
Run in place for 5 core principles, High knees for mission statement. Motivators from 7, tappy taps, arm circles, calf stretch, abe vigodas.
The Thang
Thing one mosey to the pavilion for deeps and bulgarian squats, mosey to the snack bar for planks, plank arm raises, and bird dogs, mosey back to the lot.
Thang 2- AMRAP of a series of exercises while for a timer 2 PAX team carry 120lb sandbag out, roll a die to see how many burpees to do then carry back. When the PAX get back move to the next exercise. Round 2 of carry was a slam ball toss down, roll the die and that determined how many ball slams to do before tossing the ball back.
