Introduction

Just got done with Squidwards EBC as well as a 3 mile ruck with Squid and Flashbang.

Warm-O-Rama

Side Straddle Hops, Abe Vigotas, Tappy Taps, Thai Fighters mosey around the lot.

The Thang

We did PT in the lot for 15 min. We did an 11’s ladder. Rule was you have to carry a sandbag or something heavy with your ruck on. Start at one cone work your way to cone 10 doing squats on one end and Merkins at the other. Pax had choice to perform squats with or without sandbags.

Then we rucked passing one 60# and one 40# sandbag for 2 miles. We got back and went under pavilion for Mary. There we did love sacs, flutter kicks with ruck overhead and step ups.

Circle of Trust

Every man must have a mission purpose a task and a team or they will self destruct. I don’t care who you are. This battalion was created for that very reason. Without community, without brotherhood, without a mission we suffer and fall into a sad clown trap.

If there’s a man you know that you care about, that you want to see succeed and he is isolating himself, go get him out of that mess. That’s no place to be.
Just 1 year ago I was doing alright by myself. I had friends but we weren’t close. I had fitness but I was on my own doing my own thing for the most part. The connections I did have were all surface. F3 has given me the brotherhood I was missing and looking for. It gave me the accountability I was needing. It gave me a group that cares about not only my own personal growth but the growth of the community around me.
My challenge to you is to get connected to what’s going on. Not just the workouts but the other stuff. Someone else needs this as much if not more so than you. Find someone to reach out and grab their hand and pull them into this boat.
This battalion that I launched this week was not just for my 1 year Manniversary. It was for you as well. The more we can do together, the more we can grow together and the more we can get done. For us, yes! But also for the community around us. Let’s give this gift away. Aye!

Naked Man Moleskin

Uber Eats got his name because he had a few drinks the day before hanging out with Soft Hands and drove his scooter to pick up BBQ food from Station 1 in downtown Plainfield. On his way back with the food he took a spill and so did the food all over the street.
