We all know the drill, we run and get some miles in while having someone else push us to do little better.

We did an out and back to the school partnered up and then once back in the parking lot we were able to run at our individual paces to finish anywhere from 3.25 to 4 miles.

Circle of Trust

We discussed how the smallest of things can sometimes topple the biggest people.  Don’t sweat the small stuff, find a way to keep moving forward and not get detailed.

We asked to keep everyone struggling with mental health in TAPS.  Be aware and look for signs of those that are struggling.
