Introduction

I got there early and ran EC3. DTL came out for his first time to the Wood.

Warm-O-Rama

Side strattle hop then a 1.5 mile 10 min pace loop. Then back to the AO for Abe vigotas, Tappy taps, imperial walkers and leg stretching.
