The Thang
“Led”14 pax in an Indian run down the path that runs past the porta over to our first stop for PT at the “bus stop thingy”.. dropped down and got some 25 Big Boys in, then 25 Shoulder Taps IC.. up and running when two separate lines of 7 since 14 in a row was a little much.. next stop a few benches away.. drop down and kill off 25 LBC IC, 25 T-cross Merkins on my down..
Continue Indian run to Bridge where we stopped and stayed in our 2 lines to go the span by Bear Crawl, upon reaching the end, we Duck Walked back.
Once back on the trail we mosied to the next set of street lights on the north side of the trail where we dropped to our 6 for 20 WWIs and we’re trained by Hackman in the proper form for Carolina Drydocks.. 20 of em.
From there we got up the hill for 20 American Hammers and 20 SSH.
As time ticked closer to MARY we departed the peak and returned to flags for:

Naked Man Moleskin
Overall I made only 2 additions to movements to ensure time filled in to get the most of the Beatdown. Waited till last minute to confirm route which was evident with the beginning of being lined up too long, then the path near the water tower.. had men stopped momentarily while I confirmed the path. I this the average was 400+ calories burned, so to me that’s a good BC. Good mix of our most basic exercises, need to expand my repitoire. AAR was again valuable. To LEAD. To prepare. To be well planned out as to not waste any man’s time.
COT – used too many times (4th time to be exact) in the word of Jellystone.. To be a part of F3 by living all the F’s and how important to me it is. Especially having it expressed last year in a COT by Meta. Making sure we try and get out to the Pink Heals Mother’s Day walk/Ruck.
A prayer to Jesus for our F3/FiA families, and society as a whole. Thanks MEN for your HC and commitment. Much love
