Introduction

Grabbed this Q from Spit Valve who had some competing priorities that came up after posting his preblast. He gave me the option to run the Q he had planned but I opted to run the Q I planned last week before we had to take shelter in the pavilion due to lightning.

The Thang

Mosey down the path to the water tower. We partnered up and ran up the path for about 10 minutes. Next, we ran to the bridge for three rounds of over and back across the bridge. Then we headed back to the flags via the path and finished with a couple minutes of stretching. Everyone logged at least 3.5 miles and 100 ft of elevation.

When you have the feeling of decelerating or losing motivation, I’ve found it’s helpful to not think about or try and convince yourself to get motivated. Instead of thinking take action and start doing it.
