Circle of Trust
What is your Why? When we all started F3 the why was simple to get in better shape, but as we learned about F3, we learned about 2nd F and 3rd F, Q source taught us about our concentrica and hitting our targets, so our WHY has changed to focus on making sure our arrows are true and straight. Do you think about your Whys on a daily basis? Do you have gaurd rails (goals) in place to make sure your WHY is the focus of what you do?
I use a technique out of Goggins book and put sticky notes on my mirror. My WHY for different aspects in my life are front and center, my “do betters” or things I want to focus on are around those. I have to look at those every day to make sure I am doing what I need to be doing to focus on My WHYS.
I have and am training for a bunch of things GTE, now Ragnar and Leadership 48 which i hear is like a Go Ruck Heavy, but its not to be physically fit, its to get myself where i need to be to focus on my WHY.
This is hard for me to explain, but it makes sense in my head, so I hope you understand what I am trying to get across
