Introduction

Nothing like a little Def Leppard to get you right on a Monday morning run club that was interspersed with speed intervals.

Easy mosey to sidewalk on Renwick

East to the blacktop trail, heading north

North straight mixed in ~50yd speed intervals followed by slower pace

At the crosswalk and over the bridge, headed back southwest for an up-tempo loop down and back to the bridge.

From the bridge, north to the memorial at an easy pace, turning at the memorial back to the bridge where we crossed and did the same intervals home.

Once in the parking lot we did one loop of sprint the straight, jog the turns before stretching/Mary
