Introduction

“Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.” – Lance Armstrong

We’re going to run on pavement.  It’s going to be warm, humid and it’s going to suck but we will not quit.

OYO stretches

The Thang

Out and back over the Ridge bridge and through the neighborhood and back.  Some did the small loop on the way back as well.

Finished with 50 big boys and some special calf stretches for Boston Butt.

Circle of Trust

I spent most of the prior night guiding my 2.1 through a few rounds vomiting.  It lead to me getting very little sleep and in the pre-F3 would have caused me to probably be rather useless the next day.  Because of F3 I’ve learned to persevere through adversity and adapt to changes and successfully wake up before my alarm, lead this workout and run 4 miles.

Naked Man Moleskin

Heard no fabulation from Foundation.  I thought for sure the big boys would cause the bowels to rumble but I didn’t hear a peep.  Should have done more big boys.
