We completed two laps around the park at various paces, no sling shots, just a steady pace.

Circle of Trust

I went a little deeper into my #DoBetter mentality.  This morning I did not feel well, headache almost derailed me.  However the thought of Toby running EC by himself pulled me out of bed.  The fellowship piece of F3 is was propelled me to do better today.  COT was interrupted with a possible FNG that Boston Butt was chatting with during the run.  We might see someone new tomorrow at the Ridge.  We ended in a moment of silence for those that need some extra TAPs.

I was not as organized during warmarama or Mary as I usually am.  I appreciated the feedback and will keep that in mind.  Stating the next exercise, when to begin and all that should be pretty standard for me at this point.  Shout out to stony for pushing through some headache issues this morning and to Morticia for pushing to a 5k this morning and beyond!
