Introduction

The plan was to get Three Rivers Fridays back on track. It was a group effort to get a large group out. Burritos, Venison sausage, coffee and a three tiered workout was the lure. The beatdown plan was to start at 5am- 20 min ruck, 20 min run club and 20 min boot camp

Warm-O-Rama

Quick disclaimer, rucked up, grabbed flags and started on our ruck portion.

The Thang

Thang 1- 20 min out and back ruck with flags down route 6

Thang 2A-20 min run club- split into 2 groups- Gazelle-ish group and Clydesdale-ish group. Ran approximately .5 miles on the limestone path

Thang 2B- Gathered at the pool overhang for the second run club portion. Ran sprints at various distances with a recovery route in between sprints

Thang 3- Boot Camp- Pin wheel design- 4 corners with a station in the middle- 1 coupon exercise coupled with a non- coupon exercise on the corners, Tokyo 2 count burpees and blockees in the middle.

Ended with 5 mins of Mary- Flutters, LBC’s and Heel touches

Circle of Trust

Three Rivers opened 2 years ago. Have had its ups and downs. We wanted to put us back on the map for Fridays to be the place to be at.
With the huge expansion of F3P to 11 AOs spread all over the area, I urged the regular PAX at there “home” AOs to make a difference in their communities there. Time to start focusing on a micro scale than a macro scale.
The culture at Three Rivers is something I have not seen at other AOs, it is looked at differently than others, which I believe is a good thing. It creates an identity.
Touched in the topic of “growth”. What does that mean to you? To me “growth” doesn’t mean expansion, it means building upon what you currently have, paint a clear future of what you want, and go get it. Growth means building as much as it means expansion.

Naked Man Moleskin

I greatly appreciate the 25 other MEN that came out to experience a slightly different type of beatdown and all the camaraderie that comes with a Three Rivers Friday culture. Huge shout out to at Doghouse for having my 6 and wrangling the PAX, and to Baby Momma for his efforts on making delicious burritos. Love you all
