The Thang

The thang was to go thru the training booklet from the Royal Canadian Airforce. There were 5 sections. Each section has 4 exercises that are done for one minute with as many reps done during that time. The last portion was running in place for 5 minutes and every 75th step of left leg was a modified SSH. We only made it through 3 sections. This was non stop moving. Well done by all. Can’t wait to try parts 4 and 5!
