Introduction
Mosey around in circles and make sure the Keg deliveries are made for the weekend!
We will be mostly on pavement and will work on getting stronger and getting our
Warm-O-Rama

- Arm Circles –
- Arm stretch across
- Imperial Walkers
- Hamstring
- Calf Stretch
- A mosey around the circle to explain the stations
The Thang
Split the PAX into 3 groups and had them pair up and mosey to each station wtih coupons
Once at station these exercices were listed – one PAX exerciced the other did a mosey around the circle and switch
- Station 1, Overhead Press / Skull Crushers
- Station 2, Shoulder Press / Curls
- Station 3, Monkey Humpers or Step Ups / Goblin Squats
Once both have completed the station, on PAX Farmer Carry both coupons to next station while other carries the Keg, alternate team members

Circle of Trust
Sometimes we all get stuck in patterns or Circles of doing the same thing over and over
Some of these are great circles, like F3 workouts etc
Some are bad circles, like too much eating, not reaching out to friends or loved ones
Work on breaking out of your bad circles
