35 sec exercise / 12 sec rest is one round

x2 rounds exercise

x1 round core

x2 rounds exercise

Then run one full 0.25 mile lap around lot

Rotate clockwise to next station

Concentration Curls (20 lb dumbbells)

Squats w/ Lateral Raises (5 lb plates)

Curl & Press (12 lb dumbbells)

Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift (10 lb dumbbells)

Narrow Chest Press (15 lb dumbbells)
