Circle of Trust

The bricks we carried around today were representative of the small changes we can make in our daily routines that can have a significant impact on our lives. For example, Grady Corns are just Grady Corns until you put 3 lbs of weight in each hand.  It’s a small change that has a huge impact.  The movement becomes hard yet more beneficial.  Small habits, done consistently, accumulate into significant results. This is called compounding effect.   These simple changes can lead to improved productivity, better health, mental clarity and Momentum/Motivation.  Simple things like laying your clothes out before you go to bed.  Doing an EC run once a week. Practicing gratitude and taking a moment for mindfulness each day.  Achieving small victories build confidence and momentum.

Its less about the size of the change and more about the consistency of the change
