Introduction

Was hoping for more HC’s but in the end got only got 3.  Luckily the 3 HC’s are faster than me so that worked out well.

Warm-O-Rama

0.5 mile mosey around both buildings with three stops to stretch.  Squatros, daisy pickers and these guys (quad stretch)

The Thang

Sprint from the flags to the opposite end of the parking lot, adjacent to Theodore, then mosey in between the school buildings and back to the flags.  Rinse and repeat until Mary.  Each PAX ran about 4.25-4.5 miles.

Circle of Trust

I had prepared to speak about the Queen and how I spent the majority of the prior day thinking about my food intake, what I eat, how often, etc…but this morning I was awaken not by the alarm on my phone but by my 2.0 sauntering in to my room at 0330 because of a bad dream.  While going through my normal wake up routine of jumping on my phone and finishing the daily wordle prior to posting my phone was oddly shut off and I couldn’t get it to turn on.  I spent about 10 minutes trying to get it up and going but ended up swapping my sim card with a back up phone instead.  I felt lost without my phone.  On my commute to the AO I was thinking how I should change my CoT to how dependence on phones is unhealthy.  At that moment Bob Villa reminded me the Queen is not only what we eat but all that we consume in our bodies including what we watch, read and listen to.  Scale back and pay attention to everything we consume in to our bodies and make sure what we consume is right for us.  Get right with your Queen because you can’t out King your Queen.

Naked Man Moleskin

A lot of high heart rates with the sprints across the parking lot.  Bob Villa is unbelievably fast even with a bad foot.
