The Thang

It was a three thang beat down where exercises were grouped together so that the first two would concentrate on a specific muscle group followed by a little cardio (a short run or SSH).  These exercises included Burpees, Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Skull Crushers, Curls, Coupon Rows, LBCs and Lunges.  We followed with Mary full of Pickle Pushers, Bridges, Big Boys and 30 seconds of Star Gazing.
