Circle of Trust

Talked about in life we do difficult things.  in Fitness, work, and personal life.  When it gets hard and we feel like stopping or quitting, this is when we need to dig in and focus on remembering why we started.  I gave my example of day four down in disney two weeks ago during the marathon.  Focusing on getting to the next intersection and then the next landmark a few hundred yards past that and using my why as the fuel to keep digging and to see it through to the end.
