  1. 20 Squats, 20 curls, 10 thrusters
  2. 5 burpees, 20 squats, 20 lateral arm raises
  3. 20 love sacks each side, 20 squats, 10 merkins
  4. 20 skull crushers, 20 squats, 20 mountain climbers each leg
