Circle of Trust

Shared with PAX about how the day before was sh— show. Work was fine then project blew sideways an hour before I intended to punch the clock. The week has been full of 10hr days and stress.. felt bad for not giving the family the time they need and certainly did not want to go and q an exercise in the rain the next day.. but I thought to myself if I can get through the sh— storm outside in the gloom before 0600 then I can certainly handle the sh— storm at work or whatever else comes my way.

Also, encouraged my brothers to get on the q sheet and lead.

Big shoutout to the pax that should up. Everyone pitched in to call cadence when the q was getting gassed and everyone watched out for the 6 controlling the pace during the Indian run.
