Introduction
Not that I intend for every BC I Q to have a theme, but I do quite enjoy putting the effort into the themed workouts. With that said, I built the RESPECT BC!
Weather was a tad humid again, which led to lots of soaked through shirts.

I asked Pi to share some of his F3 insights and experiences with the men. If there is a living, breathing example of a HIM accelerating in all four quadrants, it is Pi! While we are all working toward Q4 “Leave Right” and the big question mark in the sky looms over just exactly “how” we are going to Leave A Legacy, Pi already has shining examples of that legacy.
While he’s too humble to talk about it, I’ll be his megaphone – to have two boys currently serving our country (who are also active in F3) and his youngest son, 18, on tap for his VQ next week, Pi is well on his way to the Construction of Legacy in his own 2.0s!
