Introduction
Got there early to set up lights and cones every 10 yards of 100 yards. It’s going to be 99 degrees out today so its a scorcher at 4:45AM. Lights looked like a plane landing in the lot.

The Thang
Pax split up into 2 teams. Lights in the field set up 10 yards apart making up 100 yards from sidewalk to running trail just East of parking lot.
While 1 team runs length of field and back other team did workout until pax including 6 returned. Then switch. Once both teams took turn pax would ruffle carry 10 yards to next light now at 90 yards. Repeat all the way to 50 yards. Then at 50 yards leave coupons and continue with non coupon work.
100 yards – Goblet Squats
90 yards – Curls
80 yards – Overhead press
70 yards – Bent over rows
60 yards – Thrusters
50 yards – Kettle Swings
then from 50 yards and less transition was no coupons bear crawl instead of ruffle carry.
40 yards – Merkins
30 yards – Bobby Hurley’s
20 yards – Bonnie Blair’s
10 yards – Side Straddle Hops
then we bear crawled to 50 yard line.
