Introduction
Another chilly AM that didn’t effect the performance of these MEN this morning! Hank’s tour of Q’ing too much continues. My disclaimers have been pretty good as of late, until this am. Had a brain fart and studdered a bit. My brain is weird (fake news).
Warm-O-Rama
Got us warmed up with Good mornings, Daisy’s, Tappys, Phelps, calves, motivators 5
The Thang
Another day another DORA. This time a few different men than Monday’s, and more overall reps.. I heard a lot of heavy breathing and seen some nice calories burned in Strava, so I must be getting the hang of it.
Had the crew count 1,2,1,2 for some unknown reason : P then had them partner up the 1 with the 2 next to you. I know, I don’t know. Anyway, good list of basics using either body or coupon on the south side of lot by curb where we normally set up.. then a light set up half way across lot by other section of handicap spots.
1st partner begins at South end when listed exercise and partner begins his trek to light in center of lot.
- OHP 80
- Carolina DD 80
- LBCs 100
- Curls 100
- Monkey Humpers 80
- Skull Crushers 100
- Chest Press 100
- Bent Over Rows 80
Partner MOT to center:
- Rifle carry
- Farmer carry R then L on return
- Duck Walk
- RUN
- Coupon Carry (PAX choice)
Each partner does each mot 1x, then go to next. Rinse and repeat. We were able to get through about 1&1/2 rounds. We returned to circle when 6 minutes left for Mary.
Plank to Cobra to Paperboy’s (10) each side, into pickle pushers (20), leg raises(10), flutters till recover recover.. think we got above 20 in cadence.
Circle of Trust
COT touched on Why Forgotten Warrior is important and should be attended.
Pt2 of COT was me beating that dead horse shit getting on the Q sheet and sharing in rotation.
Prayers to our families, country, and F3 Nation.
Naked Man Moleskin
Little to no AAR.. I’m hoping people are being honest when me. I guess my HC numbers will tell the tale. I don’t want it to be too weak or easy, or be too much for anyone. Tough line to walk.
I jammed tunes on Spotify from Two Friends. A duo who were in college together and took their DJing talents mainstream. Give them a listen. Good mix of genres for a workout or a house party. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6zl6MpnT8rddgfq63qdqUj?si=pTeiwElFS5Wj006XatfI0A&pi=Nf-VUgumTJeR5
Thanks again to the MEN who put their trust in me once again to bring them a Beatdown worth getting into the car and driving over for.
