Introduction
The Q was open the day before so I thought, well hell I can fill that spot up. So I did, grabbed my folder of Q sheets from the past and picked one. Dont over think it, just grab and go lead.
Warm-O-Rama
Hamstring stretches, arm circles, motivators and a quick mosey.
The Thang
This was. 2 Thing workout consisting of Curls, skull crushers, LBCs, Step ups, Merkins, Coupons Squats, Lawnmowers and Mountain Climbers. Each had 25 reps and every 3 exercises we would run to the bus stop and back. We ended with 1 minute of shoulder presses.
Circle of Trust
We talked about how the list of “I have to do” can be turned positive by saying to yourself “I get to do” with each task in front of us.
Naked Man Moleskin
I know my cadence and directions for the warm ups were off this morning. Just need to W more for the practice.
