Thang 1:

Full lap around the lake

Switch between:
Rifle carry
Farmer carry, alternating hands every 20 steps

Stop and hold squat until 6, then:
5 merkins, 5 big boys

Stops were every 100 or so steps.

Stopped at the bridge
lunge walk across, bear crawl back

Thang 2:
At the flags

Led in cadence:
2x
10 CURLS
10 AIR SQUATS

Prayers for Hank Hill’s father in law and the Dungeonmaster’s Mom who’s coworker passed away.

We initially thought there would be an FNG but he did not show.

The original plan was a partner farmer carry around the lake but I felt the need to pivot with an odd number of PAX. It worked out well and everyone was gassed at the end without ever running.

Great push by all PAX today!
