PREBLAST – 12/19/23 0515 BOOTCAMP AT THE DMZLet’s do some thangs on Tuesday morning before the sun comes up. We’re going to build some :muscle::skin-tone-2:  and burn some calories. Training for the Chicago half marathon this year meant long runs with several PAX, including Sensodyne. Sensodyne mentioned therapy being helpful and after some resistance I tried it.
