Detaching from Time and living in the present is a powerful mindset. What a wonderful weekend at the lake house to practice and live in the moment. Dwelling in the past causes depression, worrying about the future causes anxiety, and living in the present brings peace. I have been putting a lot of focus on my intentions to live in the present. If has definitely helped to reduce stress and anxiety. It is amazing how much more rewarding life is when you truly live in the present. We are all so busy that we continue to think and worry about the next thing than enjoying what is happening now. Take some time this week to find a meditation on Mindfulness and Living in the present. I bet you will love it if you give it a full chance.
