COT focused on accountability-
Shared a story of a high school student that showed me what accountability looks like. Trying to reflect on those that have helped me be accountable to all aspects of F3 and also step up to serve as an accountability support for others- this starts with the commitment to Q on a more regular cadence.
1 year anniversary on Friday for Mr. Belding in F3- truly appreciate the accountability and challenge others to focus on the same.
