Subject: The precipice of growth

Quote: “The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high, and we miss it, but that it is too low, and we reach it.” – Michelangelo

Thoughts: Closing out week 4 of Reindeer Games has me feeling exhausted. Many PAX, myself included, have been beginning to groan and saying that 6 weeks of Reindeer Games is just too long and that it should have been shorter, but maybe 6 weeks is just the right length and maybe 4 weeks is the threshold/precipice of growth for many of us. So far in my life I have recognized that the moments that I am struggling, fatigued, nervous, ready to quite something is right on the edge of achievement. I am being stretched and the uncomfortable pain of growth encourages me to shrink back to a capacity that I am comfortable with. My encouragement to the PAX is that if we want to grow then it’s imperative that we strain ourselves to push pass our discomfort and allow ourselves to be stretched.

Naked Man Moleskin

Cadence is important and takes time to perfect. Received a lot of great feedback in AaR that I can implement into my next Q to ensure the PAX of clear expectations and guidance.
