Introduction
It was an icy morning as Belding & TPS joined me on an EC safety scouting mission. After approval of the route we got to work pretty quickly. Well at least after the Worm almost yelled at me for asking if he was “sure he wanted to do a pearls” only to realize a moment later that he was at the wrong AO. That was okay though like a Q Site Q Octomom picked up the 6 & stuck with him in the lot while Quatro & Blue Gill picked me up.

Naked Man Moleskin
- As part of our 8 Box goal planning exercise we do in F3 you always try & start with your 1 word for the year. For me my word is “Missional”. Through F3 I have learned how important a mission can be. When things around you are in chaos, or when you are in the midst of tough decisions, or have made poor choices in your life if you have a mission it allows you to simplify these things in your life. Just as we say in the “Q-Source” a man must “Get Right” before he can lead right. What does that have to do with being missional? I found this quote I thought was perfect, “You can’t be everything to everyone, at some point you need to make a choice of what truly matters to you & why.” Missional starts with YOU, it starts with you self-reflecting & being missional about what is truly important to you. Before you can give your best self to others you have to be the best version of you. So as you start to finalize your goals for this year make sure you look back & ensure your goals are 1st about you “getting right” before you are focused on trying to give a whole bunch of yourself to others & other things. AYE!
