Introduction

The slight chance of rain scared a few PAX away from EC run and even the beatdown.  It turned out to be a false alarm and was a nice morning.

  2. Run to far Pavilion

    2. Lunge walk to pavilion
    3. 30 monkey humpers in cadance
  3. Run to other Pavilion
    1. Bear crawl to pavilion
    2. Dips x 30

  4. Run to path past pool at hill – wait for 6
