I want to start with this quote “Small daily improvements lead to stunning results over
time.” Goals aren’t met by just one massive effort. They are hit by small improvements over time.
Consistency is the key to working towards and hitting goals. It’s easy to look at a big goal and think
how can I ever get to it. I changed my mindset a few years ago and now keep breaking the big goals
into a series of little ones. I get closer to the big goals as I hit the little ones along the way. My
challenge to you is to think about a goal that you haven’t made any progress on for a while and
break it down into a few smaller ones. Then start working towards that first little goal.
