Introduction

Beautiful morning for a workout. Plan was to move around the AO, work in a several exercises, burn a bunch of calories, and get better. After all, we don’t get up early (especially on a Friday) for easy.

The Thang

Thang 1 – Started in lot with coupons where we did 30 each of coupon swings, OH presses, skull crushers, and lawnmower pulls (15 ea arm) as a group. Ran to coffee house where we did 40 each of LBC, big boys, leg lifts, and pickle pushers. Ran to pavilion where we did 40 each of dips, step ups, derkins, and Bulgarian squats. Ran back to lot where we did 30 each of Moroccan nighr clubs, merkins, grady corns, and Carolina dry dock (all with bricks).

Thankg 2 – In lot, we partnerd up. P1 farmer carried coupons while P2 did SSH. Rotate. P1 Cusak carried one coupon while P2 did coupon curls with other coupon. Rotate. P1 farmer carried while P2 did LBC. Rotate.

Circle of Trust

I talked about how we all have dreams in life – to own a home, take a special vacation, lose weight, go bck to school, etc. Unfortunately though, it’s not often that we turn our dreams into goals and put in place plans to make them realities. My wife has been talking for a couple years about retiring but we never took any action. This week, we went to the Teacher Retirement System office and put in place a plan that will allow her to retire in two years. The purpose of the message is that if we want to turn our dreams into reality we have to take action. Stop procrastinating, establish goals, take action, be prepared for setback, and don’t give up. Our dreams don’t become realities on their own and without effort.
