Introduction
It’s Wednesday at the Ridge so we will be running. This will be an all inclusive run club. It may include slow, fast, uphill, downhill, flat, grass, and pavement as we journey through the AO along a magical trail or running. This is a run club for everyone, regardless of speed you can complete this course. We will stay near the AO. A map of the route will be posted below.
It was a nice morning, cool but not freezing, minimal wind, no rain. 7 EC’s plus a check in with Dilly Dilly for a remote EC6 from O’Fallon.

Circle of Trust
I’ve spent the vast majority of my post college life taking very few risks and not getting out of my comfort zone. I always stick to my routine. That changed this year when I accepted an invitation to run Ragnar Bourbon Chase with fellow pax this October. After battling through heat, hills and little to no sleep while driving around the Kentucky countryside, I completed my legs of the race. I accomplished what I couldn’t previously imagine myself doing. It was a fantastic experience that I will not forget.
Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone and try something different.
Naked Man Moleskin
Great challenge for the [c]hammer. Who can do the most big boys in 30 seconds? Deja vu destroyed the competition racking up 39 big boys.
