It was a mild November morning and many PAX arrived at The Ridge to do some running. Little did they know they would need gloves to do burpee’s on the hill because I didn’t tell them. Oops.

Circle of Trust
My 4yo 2.0 told me a few weeks back that she was having a good day because, “nobody yelled at me” which made me realize I’m not leading right. I decided it’s imperative for me to become a better leader so I can set a good example for my family position them to have successful lives. After discussions during Q source the past few weeks it became clear that I need to have guardrails on my emotions and the way I communicate and lead my family. In order to lead right, I need to learn to lead right. I encourage everyone to attend Q Source as often as possible and make sure they get themselves right so they too can lead right.

Not a Q goes by without Boston Butt giving me a hard time. Some people are hard to please and I promise to always do something to make him complain about some aspect of my Q. Maybe one day I’ll get the stretching to his level or maybe not. I’m glad he’s there to push me to be more creative and come up with different ideas. It’s important to not be stuck in the same routine and branch out a bit.
Forgot to mention gloves are recommended in my pre-blast, my bad.
