Extra Credit Run opportunity and warm up at 0440 or 0455. This is expected so that you are warned up and ready to go at 0515.

Warm-O-Rama

Welcome, 5 Core Principals and Mission Statement

Mosey to the front of the lot while doing high knees, butt kickers and side shuffles. (7 minutes)

The Thang

1.5 mile run (15 minutes)

1 mile run (10 minutes

.5 mile run (5 minutes)

.25 mile.run (3 minutes)

40 yard dash sprints until 0600 (5 minutes)

 

Some additional milage added to the above so should be pressing for 4+ miles ran

CoT – If you don’t fail then you aren’t even trying. To get something you never had, you have to do something you have never done.

This doesn’t mean you need to try everything but you need to have a reason for doing or not doing the things that you do.

In most cases it isn’t a question of ability but more of a question of finding a way to start to accomplish what you want. Everyone loves the view but there are very few that enjoy the climb and the effort.

Many talk about their successes in work, fitness, sports or life but they rarely ever talk about their failures. Failure is part of the process and you will never be able to set a bar until you know your limit.

Bunker said the 4 miles were sneaky and that I tricked him yet again.

Keeping 17 together on a run club is challenging. But not impossible, we did it. Great feedback on AAR.
