Introduction
38-degrees this morning, but no wind. I arrived a little before 5am, and saw Soft Hands and Sparkler had arrived already. Set-up was pretty easy, as the only equipment we needed were jump ropes. Site Q extraordinaire, Soft Hands, brought the jump ropes, music, and lights, and I just had to set-up the instruction boards. We set-up over by the track and then headed back to the flags to do a quick warm-up.
Warm-O-Rama
We started WoR at 5:10 so that the workout could begin promptly at 5:15. An FNG (later named 2 Hours), who was in town from Michigan visiting family, showed up around 5:12 and jumped right in. He researched the F3 Plainfield website before showing up and he knew what was in store.

Circle of Trust
I talked about how my relationship with my daughter has changed over the years. She’s a freshman now at Plainfield North, and it’s homecoming week, and it got me a little nostalgic about when she was younger. She’s super busy with tons of activities and school work, and it seems like we aren’t talking and hanging out as much, so I’m trying to find new ways to interact with her (i.e. I’ve been leaving her little notes in the morning with words of encouragement). There’s no real point to this story other than something that’s been on my mind a lot lately and I wanted to share.
Naked Man Moleskin
It was pretty cool to see the FNG, 2 Hours, this morning just jump right into the workout, and an Iron Pax no less! Special thanks to Soft Hands for all his help this morning.
