Irkins (between coupons in a circle, full extension) ROTATE to the next block
curls / lawnmower pulls, etc.
Playground (5:25-535)
Run out to the playground southeast of the AO, Stop half way and do Burpees for the 6.
Finish to Playground, burpees again.
Do Pullups, and run around the playground. Focus is to fail the arms on pullups.
Run back, Burpees half way again while waiting for the 6.

11s – blockies and curl/ohp, murder bunnies MOT
This was rough on the back. I stopped after a few rounds and we stretched the back.
The Track 545-555
50M Bear Crawl / 150M run
2 times around the track. 50M was probably too far. Could have easily done 25M Bear crawl and 75M run.
Mary 555
Dejavu Mary – Big Boys – 20, Low Plank – 1 min, repeat till 6am. I love this Mary routine.

They are related it seems. I think often they have the same root cause, people feeling powerless to change their situation. Be pacient and encouraging to people in these situations. Keep telling them they have the power to change, one small bit at a time. 1% every day.

1) FNG (GigaChad) said he thought the workout was going to be light work. But it turned out to be tough. Its always great to hear people say a workout was hard. Best compliment I could possibly receive.
2) It is fantastic to be working out with this group of men, getting 1% better at each workout, pushing eachother.
