Circle of Trust

Talked about being uncomfortable and pushing yourself in the elements. The snow adds another factor to workouts in which you need to use other muscles to stabilize yourself while doing the exercises we are very accustom to on a regular basis.

COT was about the 3rd F and our new found partnership with Pink Heels and the support for our man Burnt Ends. The support from the men in our region for our brother and his family yesterday was incredible and shows just how important it is to give this gift away to other men.

Ended in prayer for Burnt Ends family.

Naked Man Moleskin

We did some hard sh$t this morning and everyone got better.
